Discovery Visit
During your FREE Discovery Call the doctor will schedule your in-office Discovery Visit. During this visit the doctor will review your health history including current and past health-related challenges and determine health-related goals. The doctor will also complete a preliminary evaluation of your nervous and musculoskeletal system using our state of the art technology to find the root cause of your health concerns.
Report of Findings and Treatment Visit
Report of Findings
During your follow up visit the doctor will explain the findings from your Discovery Visit and you will receive a personalized care plan that addresses your concerns and goals. You will receive a copy of the findings for your records to share with family and friends.
Treatment
You will receive your first upper cervical chiropractic adjustment and rehab session, starting your journey towards full healing.
